Hi Anisur,

 

I was able to merge your yahoo account to your Microsoft account.

 

I have also forwarded you a copy of your transcript to reference the changes and check if the exams and certificates are all reflecting on your preferred account.

 

To access your account, please follow the steps below:

 

1.Go to the Microsoft Certification Migration page.

2.Sign in with your Microsoft account (Windows Live ID) and password that you will link to your Microsoft Certification profile.

3.Once signed in, enter your account credentials (MC ID and Access Code): *sent through private message*

 

After completing the steps, you will not be required to enter this information again since this is just a one-time process. You can login using your Microsoft account and password to Your dashboard moving forward without getting any issues. In addition, please access your Microsoft Certification profile at least once every 12 months to keep your account active.

 

In addition, to avoid duplicate profiles/MC IDs, when registering for exams, please use the information (name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number) as it appears on your current Microsoft Certification profile. This would ensure us that the exams will get updated under the correct existing profile.
