It is not very clear on how the rating works. I recalled & checked answers, it was all matching. Isn't there a benefit of doubt for many grey area questions to provide consolation or grace scoring to ensure we get through. In particular, there is no practice test in ESI for MB-340. How does Microsoft expect us to prepare when there is less than 20% from DOCS.MICROSOFT.COM?

How will we be able to increase adoption of D365 Commerce with our clients if there aren't enough preparation tools?

All our efforts, money, time spent is futile & we need to go through this again. This time around, there is no practice test in ESI

If you believe that you were supposed to pass, you can challenge the exam results but Microsoft invests a lot of money and manpower into making sure their exams are not challengeable so I wouldn't be optimistic. item challenge form (office.com)

And if you have an issue with MS Learn materials you will need to contact them.

But this certification and related exam are being retired this month, so I don't think Microsoft plans to update the materials.
