MB-700 Badge not available

Where are you not seeing the badge? Do you mean the credential on Learn or badge in Credly?

If Credly, Microsoft stopped using Credly for certifications in June 2023.

We understand from your entry that you passed Exam MB-700 but have not received the Badge. We will gladly assist.

First, please note that Microsoft ended their partnership with Credly on June 30, 2023. This means that the badging services provided by Credly no longer apply for most of Microsoft Certifications (excepting certificates obtained via Certiport). After modernization and credly retirement there is no option to reissue or fix badges and these users have to use only learn platform to view and share the achievements.

On the other hand, please know that if you accomplish a Learning Path to get a Certification, you will see it under this space in Your Dashboard. However, if you approve only an Exam or a prerequisite alone associated with the title, your results will be visible under Transcript. 

In order to complete the Learning Path to achieve a Certification, all requisites must be active in the Profile.

It is important to bear in mind that an expired certificate is the same as not having the certificate, this would mean that the pathway is incomplete.

Please know that Exam MB-700: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect is part of the conditions to obtain the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert.

The Score Report can be downloaded directly from the Test Center’s portals or Your Dashboard, and you should see the approved Exam in your Transcript.

Please bear in mind that your Transcript can be use as form of accreditation. You can share it to demonstrate you have achieved Exam MB-700.

You can view, share, and print your transcript from your Learn profile:

• Sign into your Learn profile.

• Click on the photo avatar and select Profile from the dropdown menu.

• In the profile menu, select Transcript. Your transcript displays all successfully completed certifications and modules.

• Select “Share link” to generate an online link to your transcript you can share with potential employers. Save, share, or email a copy of your transcript, from the Print link. (Choose “Save to PDF” or print from the Printer drop-down menu. You can then attach the downloaded PDF to an email, print, or save it for your records.)
