Having checked your profile, I confirmed that there is only one exam that is currently associated on your MCP profile.

For passing exam MB2-717 what you earned is an exam badge and you can share and download it from your dashboard as a proof of the exam completion.

If you want to pursue your of getting the certificate for MCSE: Business Applications, you will need to complete the requirements for the pre-requisite certification which is MCSA: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations and these are by passing either exam 70-765 or 70-764 along with exam  MB6-894.

After passing the last exam required for any certification your transcript will be updated. It may take up to 24 - 48 hours for the system to recognize your new certification status.
