MCID Account confusing primary and alias email & merge of two MCID's

Hi,

I need to merge two MCID's into one.

The MCID profile I want to use is confusing the primary email and the alias emails. This is showing one of the alias emails and not the primary email.

Hi Gavin.

Thank you for your response.

We have finished the merging process for your duplicate profiles, all your certifications and exams will be listed in Your Dashboard, please keep in mind that it might take up to 48 hours for all the information in your profile to be visible.

We have listed the credentials of the resulting profile over the Private Message, please let us know if you have any inquiries or if you require further assistance.

If this solves your inquiry, please indicate “Yes” To the question, and the thread will be automatically closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, it will be concluded after one business day and you will not be able to post replies.

Sincerely,
