MCITP ****** certification in *******

Hi 

I have been awarded the MCITP **** certification in ****** and I do have the confirmation email, but i am unable to find them in my MCP page. can you help

We understand you want to Access to your Microsoft Account and will be happy to assist you as soon as we can.

 

In this case, to have access to your account we recommend you use the following option: Recover your account

 

Please be advised that your MCP profile access becomes inactive if it is not accessed within 12 months. Hence, we will be needing to generate a new one-time access code to associate your active Microsoft credentials to your MCP profile.

 

 

We have opened a Private Message where we have requested information related to your Certification Profile to continue with the process.
