MCP and MCDST Certifications

I lost my card that had these certifications on it. I'm not even sure what account or if they were linked to an account. I need to get copies of these certifications. Any help is appreciated.

We understand that you need help recovering your MCP and MCDST Certifications. We will gladly assist.

Since July 8, 2024, our platform has undergone significant changes: Keeping Certification and Learn Profiles is no longer required, as the Certification Profiles have moved to MS Learn. For this reason, properties such as MCID or Certification Profile are no longer in use. Instead, the certification progress from our candidates will be contained directly on their Learn profiles.

Additionally, previous services related with Certification profiles, such as profiles merging are now self-assisted by users. For further information, we recommend reviewing the Profile and Credentials tabs from the following page (reference image below):

From our end, the only thing we can do is advise you to try and log in from all the possible email addresses you may have used, even if you do not remember using them during the registration process.

 

Note that the communication/Contact email (where you receive the notifications) is different from the Login account.

 

Please try to recall all possible emails and attempt logging in from those.

 

If you remember any other emails that may have been used to start / complete exam registrations in the past, we suggest using those emails to access MS Learn and check if your information is visible.

 

See below some tips to retrieve other unexpected emails:

 

  • Check your browser navigation history and your saved passwords

  • Check all possible emails.

 

In case you do not have access to the email account associated with the Certificates, we suggest you contact the Accounts and Billing Department by calling 1- 877-568-2495 in Canada, this team has trained professionals to help resolve your issue. They can help you recover access to the account so you can access the Profile.
