I obtained certification about 18 years ago, and need access to my transcripts/certifications. I've tried logging in with what might have been my account at that time, but it's not recognized as a Microsoft account.

Hi ClaireCMK,
Access to the Member Site will become inactive if you have not logged in to your account for more than 12 months.
In order for us to activate your MCP profile in order to access your completed achievements, we need to locate and generate an Access Code for you to associate your active/preferred email address on your profile.
With that being said, please allow us to have your account details requested through private message for us to locate and activate your MCP profile.

Thank you for your response and providing information through private message.
I tried to locate your MCP profile on our database and found 2 accounts with the same name However, in order to fully verify both accounts, I will still need 2 more pieces of information that should match on the account.
Please provide additional details which could be any of the following: phone number, email address, billing/shipping address. If you have a copy of your Score Report, then that will definitely help us verify the account too.
