Based on your inquiry, we understand you require assistance with your old certification Profile. We will be happy to help you.

Kindly keep in mind that with the changes implemented in our site on July 8th, our internal security policies were updated, and our Support Team is no longer able to confirm to our customers any personal information from their Learn Profiles, such as contact email address or email used to access their Learn profiles unless the candidate provides us with the correct email addresses.

Our main recommendation is that you identify the email used to access your old Certificates profile.

you can log in by following the link. You can also find your Microsoft Learn username and URL here

 

When you have attempted these steps, please let us know.

I have tried to login. but, its does not showing my previous certifications or completed certifications in my profile. Why its missing? can you please help?

As we understand, you are having issues with Microsoft Learn Profile.

 

We have initiated a Private Message for you to provide us with your the PSR (Problem Steps Recorder), where we can evidence the situation. It is necessary that the email address used at the time of accessing is displayed, as well as for the error you encounter. We advise you to take multiple screenshots of these if necessary. Please include these steps:

 

1.      Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies.

2.      Use InPrivate browsing with Microsoft Edge.

3.      Record the issue

 

Keep in mind the PSR tool is set to a limit of 25 screenshots as a default, if you need a higher number of pictures to show the process, please change the number to at least 100 screenshots in the tool’s settings.
