MCT Renew

Hi Team,

Can anyone help me on how I can renew my MCT it will end on *removed*.Thanks

We would love to help you with your MCT account; however, please know that you have reached the Microsoft Credentials support which caters to inquiries and/or concerns related to certifications and exams benefits and requirements found within the Microsoft Certification Dashboard for individuals.

We want to let you know that the MCT Support has moved, to help you to contact the Microsoft Certified Trainer support we are going to request you some details to create a support request with the team in charge.

Therefore;  we opened a Private Message where we requested information related to your Learn account to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Message, on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.
