MCT Renewal Process

Hello Everyone,

 

I'm an Active Microsoft certified Trainer since July 05, 2021 but my MCT Status is about to expire on July 05, 2025

 

Could you please help me in renewing my MCT status if someone knows the new process of renewal or someone has renewed their MCT status recently?

 

I've tried to renew from my end from this site(https://mcp.microsoft.com/Authenticate/MCT) but looks like this site is down from so many days.

Hope you're doing great!

I've already tried to create a support ticket from Service hub(https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/create?sapId=e203d22e-ebf2-2689-dea4-455b5559e8c9) but I got a response that they don't provide support for MCT status renewal.

So, Could you please help for next step regarding how can I renew my MCT status?

Did you read the post on the MCT Lounge? Your MCT will have been extended to August 1st. The renewal process is currently unavailable.

For MCT support, you need to create a support request with the correct options via https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/create?sapId=e203d22e-ebf2-2689-dea4-455b5559e8c9 as shown below

We opened at Private Messages where we have requested information related to your Learn account to verify it and properly assist you. You can find the access to the Private Messages, on the top right corner of this screen, as shown in the image below.
