MCT RENEWAL - the enrollment tool isn't back yet and my status ends on *****. how can i renew ?

Hi. i've looked for how to renew my MCT and the MCT lounge says "open a ticket"( with this link) so i am. can anyone assist me with that? i'm asking since i dont see a message saying MCT will be automatically renewed until*******, and i have less than ****** until expiration. will appreciate any guidance or solution .thank you.
