MCTS 70-680 & MCTS 70-687 exams give credit towards MCP?

An ongoing personal lawsuit is challenging the similarities/credit received for taking and passing the MCTS 70-687 in place for the 70-680 examination. I am aware that these exams are now retired but am in need of assistance from Microsoft to formally acknowledge in writing that by passing exam 70-687 or 70-680, I would received credit toward an MCP certification. It is stated on the Microsoft website as such but courts will not accept what is posted online by microsoft as they consider it general information and require a formal letter addressing the similarities of credit received of taking either exam.

Anyone have any suggestions who to contact at Microsoft or where I can find a solution?

Hi RohithaKoralagamage,

Please be advised that Microsoft no longer awards MCP certification since February 1, 2019 and in order to earn a certificate, you will need to pass and complete all the required exams for any certification.

If you passed the first exam before the mentioned date, you should have earned your MCP profile.

If would be better also if we can go ahead and review your transcript in order to check your certification eligibility. To do so, we will need  to locate and verify your account, please provide requested information through the initiated private message.
