MD-102 exam, unsure if all questions were properly answered and recorded

Hello, I took the MD-102 exam on 11/3/23. I failed with a score of 631

After completing the scenario questions, I was prompted to review and provide feedback on the exam questions. It looked like it wanted me to go through all 60 questions.

I hit the "back" arrow to read the feedback instructions again and I was taken back to my scenario questions. At this time the scenario stated "0 questions answered" when previously, before I was taken to the feedback section, it said 4 questions answered. I hit the "next" button again and was immediately taken to the "Exam failed" screen with a score of 631.

My proctor didn't say anything so I just stared at the screen for a minute and then closed out.

My concern here is that the four scenario questions were left as "unanswered" because I went back a page. I answered the questions originally and I'm fairly confident I got all four correct.

Is it possible that the four scenario questions didn't count towards my final score? And if so, were those four right answers enough to push me to a "pass?"

Hello Slash0903,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I know how important it is to pass an exam and allow me to share options available for you regarding the test experience you had with the exam MD-102.

Since you have completed the exam, we recommend you to submit an exam item challenge to check if your exam was correctly computed. To proceed with this process, please follow the steps guided on the Challenge process page.

Note that the review takes approximately two weeks and once the review is complete, you will be notified of the outcome.

On the other hand, regarding the experience you had with the proctor, we recommend you to share your experience and through the Feedback and complaints page of Pearson VUE, this will help improve their service and take action on the issue to avoid happening again.

I hope this information helps.
