MD D365 Fundamentals exam (MB-901)

Hello Training Support,

I have attended a Virtual Training Session on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals on 11th and 12th February 2021. I have been informed that I can book for the corresponding certification exam(MB-901).

I have enrolled for the course with my work email and now when I try to book for the exam with the same email, its not accepting. getting following error message : 

We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:

  • Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
  • Clear all cache and cookies
  • Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge

If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum.

I tried all the above options but its not working. Could you please let me know where is it going wrong? I would like to book for an exam during May/June

Hi Arch_111,

To try and resolve the “We can’t access your Microsoft profile” error, we highly encourage you to try the following troubleshooting steps below:

 

  1. Use Edge Chromium (Edge 88.0) or Google Chrome (version 88.0), including InPrivate and Incognito browsing modes. Note: Please make sure that the browsers that you will use are running on the latest version to resolve any compatibility issues.

  2. Clear your cached data and cookies.

  3. Allow all third-party cookies through your site permission settings.

  4. Press the F12 function key to open the Developer Tool pop-up and click on Network tab.

  5. Clear the session and refresh the screen by clicking on the Refresh button or by pressing the F5 function key.

  6. To begin with the registration process, sign into your certification dashboard and click on the ‘Schedule next exam’ button.

  7. Follow the screen prompts to schedule your exam.

 

If the issue persist, please send us a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) which includes all the steps provided above until your reach an error message (if any).
