MD100: Malfunctioning of mouse and keyboard in virtual lab?

Hi,

I've just finished an MD-100 exam. And in the virtual machine section, I ran into hardware issues including mouse not right-clicking and keyboard double typing. The test center staff were unable to identify whether it's hardware-related or it's legitimate exam settings. Another examinee (one of my colleagues) also reported a black screen issue in the virtual machine. 

Is this a normal behavior? Or is it an issue from the test center?

Please be advised that if candidates experienced any technical issues before, during and after the exam, it is recommended to contact the testing center to report the incident.
