Hello, Louis XXI.

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft community.

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you wish to merge your Microsoft accounts into one. We’re here to assist you!

Please be aware that this process is currently automated, and each user must complete it independently through their own profile.

We’ve received your request to merge the Microsoft accounts associated with your Learn profile. To merge Microsoft accounts (MSA) associated with your Learn profile, please follow the steps below:

If you do not have a work or school (AAD) account associated with your Learn profile:

  1. Please visit Microsoft Learn

  2. Sign in with your current personal Microsoft account (MSA), (with the work account option)

  3. Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Settings."

  4. Under the "Account management" section, select "Add account."

  5. Sign in using your old work account (AAD) to add it to your Learn profile.

  6. You can add 5 work accounts to a single profile in this case and even add the same one more than once if needed.

By design, your Learn profile can only be associated with one personal Microsoft account (MSA) and up to five work or school accounts (AAD) at a time. This means that, to remove your personal account, you must first add a work account to your profile.

You can find a more detailed guide on this matter in the article:

Manage your Microsoft Learn profile settings | Microsoft Learn.

If you don't have access to your work account, please contact your company to gain access to your email. They may be able to help you recover access, allowing you to migrate your certificates to your personal account. Once you have access to your work account, you can follow the steps to merge your profiles.

We hope that you find this information to be helpful. If you require assistance regarding your Learn Profile, please let us know.

If your concern has been resolved, please let us know by selecting "Yes" where it says, "Did this solve your problem?" located at the lower right corner of this post. This will close the thread.

If we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after one (1) business day.
