Merge MCP ID

Hi,

I passed in a test >removed< but after that I dont know why another MCP ID was created and then now I have 2 IDs and I need to merge them. 

I opened a case last week but I was being supported by two guys from Microsoft, but the one I was talking with stop answering and the other closed the case (because I didnt answers him because I was talking with the other one).
