Merge two MC ID

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have registered the exam with same email Id & passed the exams but got two MC ID. Please help me to merge these two Id's.

Thank you for your response.

We verified the certification profiles with the information that you provided. To continue, the MCID must be activated by associating a different sign-in email address to it, please follow the steps below to complete that process.

  • Start a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session (pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N once the browser is open).

  • Copy and paste this link into the private window’s address bar: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate.

  • Access an e-mail address that has not been used in Microsoft Learning before (if you do not have one, we invite you to create one Here)

  • The Migration site will look like the following picture:

  • If you are shown an error message like in the image below, please select the option “MCP Home” which will direct you to Your Dashboard.

The MCID and Access Code that must be filled in have been sent to you over the Private Message, please let us know once you complete the process or if you encounter any issue.

In case we do not receive a response the thread will be concluded after two business days, once concluded you will not be able to reply through either channel.
