Merge two Microsoft accounts (Work and Personal) both have same email address

Thanks for the information provided via Private Message. After checking your account details, we ask you to perform the following actions on your Certification Profile to complete the necessary alignment to use your MCID.

Please follow the steps below update your Email, this procedure is called Migration.

• Open your Microsoft Edge Browser and begin a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session by pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N. 

• Copy and paste this link into the private window’s address bar: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate 

• Sign in with the Microsoft Email Account that you want to use in your Microsoft's Certification Profile. 

• If you are shown an error message, please select the option “MCP HOME” which will direct you to Your Dashboard. You can then copy and paste the same link into the search bar on step. 

• Once you are on Your Dashboard, please copy and paste this link: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate on the same tab you are working on.  

After completing these steps, the Migration screen should come up. The website should look like this: 

For personal information protection reasons, you will find these credentials in the Private Message.   

Please let us know if after the procedure, your account works properly, and you are able to see your certificates.
