Merging accounts and certificate not available in microsoft learning dashboard

Regarding: Exam Microsoft Azure AZ-500, registration ******** and merging of my profile

To date, I have not received a certificate that I can download from the microsoft learning page. This page indicates that it may take 48 hours for the certificate to be generated. I passed the exam on the *********. So 9 days have already passed.

         Please note it can take up to 48 hours after passing an exam for a certificate to be generated.

Thereby I also seem to have a duplicate profile which may explain why I don't see my certificate in the dashboard yet. See also the mail from Microsoft Support below from **********:

I also found a duplicate profile under your name, which may be the reason why you are getting such error. To have them merged, please include this concern on your post.


Once you have the question created, you may reply to this email with the URL thread of your post and I’ll send it to the appropriate team for prioritization.

Please note that this case will be closed in case no response is received within 1 business day. Once case is closed, we won’t be able to monitor your case anymore and you will also receive a case closure survey to rate the support provided.
