Hi Ignace,

Thank you for contacting Microsoft’s Community. We hope this message finds you well

As we understand from your request, you have exams and certifications in Certiport and you want to see them in your Microsoft Dashboard.

We can take a look at your account and confirm the state of your Exam. To move on with this process, we will need additional information. For this purpose, we have opened a Private Message to share these details. Please find the access to this space on the top right corner of this screen as shown in the image below:

We will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.

Once the process is concluded, you will be able to visualize and share your Transcript with your preferred MCID, but please remember that for Exams taken through Certiport, the Badges and Certificates are visible only through their platform, but it will be possible to visualize your Certification History, through the MCP Dashboard, downloading the Transcript

If no response is received, we will proceed to lock and close the case within two business days.

Hello Ignace,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft’s Community, we appreciate your collaboration throughout this process.

With the details you have sent, we have found the MCID duplicity. To fix this situation, we suggest to Merge them. However, the Certiport ID needs to be Migrated and updated in our system. Once we have completed this process, we can combine both MCID’s and your Exams and Certifications will be under one profile.

Please follow the steps below.

1.    Start a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session (pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N once the browser is open).

2.    Copy and paste this link into the private window’s address bar https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

3.    Access with a Microsoft account that has not been used in MS Learn, different to your email address (if you do not have one, we invite you to create one Here). This new email will be used to update the MCID in our system. Once we combine the accounts, we will ensure you keep your primary MCID with your preferred email.

4.    If you are shown an error message, please select the option “MCP Home” which will direct you to Your Dashboard, after that you can copy and paste the same link on step 2 in the same search bar.

5.    After you have followed the previous link, it will open a new window to Your Dashboard, as shown in the image below.

Image

6. While being on Your Dashboard page, please delete the URL and paste this one: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

Image

7.    After pasting the URL and clicking on enter, you will see this website, please fill in the fields MC ID and Access code.

8.    Fill in the fields with the following information:

o    MCID:

o    Access Code:

To protect personal information, these credentials are shared over Private Message.

After you finish the process, we will merge all your Microsoft Certification IDs to the profile you want.

After the Merge, we will prepare the profile for a final Migration to ensure your Certification History remains under your preferred MCID and email.

Once the process is concluded, you will be able to visualize and share your Transcript with your preferred MCID and email, but please remember that for Exams taken through Certiport, the Badges and Certificates are visible only through their platform, but it will be possible to visualize your Certification History, through the MCP Dashboard, downloading the Transcript.

If no response is received, we will close and lock the case within two business days.

We are attentive of your response.

Hi Ignace,

We appreciate your response.

Please know that we can proceed to merge the profiles to one MCID, but to combine them, we need you to migrate the Certiport ID, with a new email, this third account, will only be needed to update the profile, but once the Migration is completed, we will merge it o the desired MCID. You may delete the new account after this process is concluded.

After the Merge, we will prepare the profile for a final Migration to ensure your Certification History remains under your preferred MCID and email.

Please let us know once the migration is completed to continue with the process.

Kind regards,

Daniela Duran.

Hi Ignace,

We appreciate your collaboration throughout this interaction.

As we understand from your comments over the Private Message section, you see your certificates but Badges are not visible.

To better assist you, we want to clarify that you approved two Certifications, one through Certiport (Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals) and the other Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals with PearsonVue. You should visualize the Badge for the AI Fundamentals from Your Dashboard

We would like to confirm that this Badge for the Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals, should be under Certificate Badges as once you approve all requirements to achieve a Certification, you get a Badge for the Certification and not for the Exam.

If it is not there, please sign in to Digital Credentials (credly.com), where you may get unclaimed Badges.

On the other hand, for the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals, as the Exam was taken through Certiport, Badges will only be available through this platform. We invite you to access your account in their platform and confirm the status of your achieved badges.

Please let us know the outcome and if you need additional support.

If the assistance given solved your request, please indicate “Yes” to the question “Did this solve your issue?” shown below, so other Learners can benefit from this. Remember your feedback is important to improve our service.

If no response is received, we will close and lock the case in the next business day.

Hi Ignace,

As we understand from your comments, your PearsonVue Badges are visible, but you do not see those for Certiport Exams. It is important to confirm that the Badges and Certificates are visible in their platform. To provide the best resolution, please create a ticket with Certiport’s Support, to confirm the state of your achieved Badges, let them know your profile was merged to a Microsoft’s Certification ID. Their response will be of great help to continue with the next steps to be taken.

We look forward to your response.

If no response is received, we will close and lock the case within two business days.
