Merging two MC IDs

Hello,

I need help in merging two MC IDs or even removing one of the MC ID.. I have one ID which I have not used for most of the certifications which is linked to the certification site. I have tried several times to sign out of this but it does allow it. Everytime I click on browsing my dashboard it opens up this ID which does not have my latest certifications.
