Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert Certification not reflecting

Hi Team,

I have passed all the requirements for receiving the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certificate but it has been a couple of days and my profile still does not reflect the certification.

I believe that this may be related to the recently retired MS-100 and MS-101 exams.

I have completed the following pre-requisite and exam:

- MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator (Exam)

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate (Certification)

As we understand, you are unable to visualize your Certification on your profile. We will be happy to assist you with your inquiry.
