Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert Requirement

I've recently undertaken to achieve the Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert certification using the MS-100/MS-101 route as an alternative as was listed on the requirements page.

Exam MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security passed: *Removed*

Exam MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services passed: *Removed*

OR

Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator

AND

Exam MS-203: Microsoft 365 Messaging passed: *Removed*

However I don't appear to have been credited and now I feel I might be entering into a downward spiral.

Who do I contact to rectify this situation?

Hello, Crustbusta.

Welcome to Microsoft's Community.

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you need to know the requirements to earn the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification. We will happily help.

Please note that the exams MS-100 and MS-101 were retired on September 30, 2023, so they cannot longer be taken and are not part of a Certification Path.

Now, to achieve this certification, candidates must pass the following exam:

And achieve one (1) of the following certifications:

Here is a visual explanation of the path:

Please note that the exams MS-100 and MS-101 are not part of any Certification Path, and a certification can be achieved only if all its requirements are not retired and part of a current Certification Path. These conditions must be met simultaneously.

So, you can take the exam MS-102 that will be counted on the current Certification Path of the Expert Certification. However, please remember that the Messaging Administrator Associate certification is going to be retired on December 31, 2023. So, it will count on the Certification Path until that date.

Please remember that after completing the mentioned path, the certification will be available within the next 48 hours.
