Microsoft Azure Administrator(az-104) after passed , not showing in the certification blade , under my profile

Hi Microsoft Support Team,

I have passed the Microsoft Azure Administrator(az-104) exam last friday , 72 hours has passed , the certificate its still not showing in the certificate blade under my personal account profile, also I have not received an email from microsoft that the exam has been passed, but I have the microsoft verification report printed out by the test center where I took the exam, could you please support on this matter?
