Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: AI Fundamentals - stuck on webcast loading and cannot join

I registered for and tried to join Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: AI Fundamentals but when I clicked the link to join, it got stuck saying webcast was loading.


Eventually it timed out and said the link is no longer available.


I saw a previous post about having to rebook, but how do I ensure this does not happen next time?

Since you encountered an issue before the event, we kindly request you to re-register on another training course to get a new invitation to join the training course. For your reference, you may visit Microsoft Events Catalog for the upcoming online sessions. This only happens intermittently, and it won't be an issue after you re-register.

Thank you. I did book out time from work for the training, how can I be sure that it will not be an issue next time? I have also booked onto the Data Lakehouse course, is this likely to present the same issue?

You're welcome! This only happens intermittently, and cannot be foreseen. There are a lot of aspects to consider. To avoid this issue in the future, please make sure your device meets the requirements and does not have any restrictions. Then make sure you are connected to a strong and stable network that meets the requirements.
