Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals exam voucher not showing

Hi,

I attended Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals on 6th and 7th April. and I received the thank you email the next day. I have not been able to see my discount voucher. I've been trying to troubleshoot by following the steps in your other forums such as clearing cookie data and opening in incognito mode and applying the discount code by entering the email address, but still no luck. I would be grateful if you can provide with any solution.

Best regards

Answer

Hello Muneebch133,

Thank you for contacting us here at Microsoft Community.

We appreciate your initiative to try troubleshooting steps in order to claim your discount.

Our engineering team found an issue in claiming the discount for Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Days. We got an update from them and confirmed that this has been fixed.

In checking your discount eligibility, please make sure to select an exam first before you enter your email address and the profile information should have no special characters including non-English characters.

To be properly guided, you may watch this instructional video to help you through the steps on how to link and claim your Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day (MAVTD) exam.

If you are experiencing the same outcome, please send us a step by step screenshot using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) starting from the steps above and until you received the error.

You may upload your PSR through the private message I initiated along with the requested information.

Once these documents have been received, we’ll be more than happy to hand this over to our Support Team for further assistance and troubleshooting.

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day. Please be advised that after the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages. If the resolution provided did not resolve the issue, please post a new question.

Kind regards,
