Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals did not receive confirmation email

Hi,

  I've registered for the MS Azure Fundamentals (21st & 22nd April 2021) and MS Power Platform Fundamentals (15th April 2021) virtual

events and di not received any confirmation emails or calendar invites for those. I've checked my junk/spam as well as email filters with no luck.

Would you be kind enough to check and provide a solution for me?

Hello Udeesha,

 

I understand how important it is for you to get and take advantage of your exam discount.

 

Since you have not received the confirmation email and calendar invites. I would highly recommend contacting contact techskillssupport@microsoft.com directly. Scheduling, registration, and voucher related concerns are also being handled by Virtual Training team.

 

Please include the following information to avoid delays in resolution.

 

  • Customer Email ID

  • Event Data

  • Time

  • Title that you registered for

 

As an alternative, you may also create a ticket through ESI Support page and sign in using your company email address.

 

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question. If your inquiry was not fully resolved, please post a new question so we may continue in assisting you. This case will now be closed and locked.
