Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals - exam eligibility

Hello.

I attended the training Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals last April 6 - 7, 2021. Until now, the eligibility for me to take the exam is not reflecting on my account.

Please advise.

The last PSR you have provided only shows that you just used an inprivate browser and does not show the whole troubleshooting steps.

 

On the other hand, we received an update that claiming of exam discount should now be resolved.

 

Please perform the troubleshooting steps initiated on my initial response then proceed in claiming your exam discount.

 

If issue persist, please supply an updated PSR showing the troubleshooting steps until the error message.

 

Once I received the requested information, I will create a ticket for you for possible escalation.
