Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Fundamentals : Unable to redeem the voucher

Hi Team,

I had attended online training in Feb 2021, tried multiple times to book exam but not able to book test for free (tried with registered email id only). Below is the screen-shot of the same.

Please help ASAP, my voucher may expire soon.

Hi Kamlesh,

 

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

 

The error message ‘CBE01’ is due to candidates still have’nt create a Microsoft Certification ID (MCID).

 

Please make sure that you are signed in to your Microsoft Certification profile first or create one using a personal email address before redeeming the discount.

 

You can watch this instructional video that will walk you through the steps of how to link and claim your Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day (MAVTD) exam discount.

 

Also, to eliminate the error message, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided below:

 

  1. If you are using a work machine, please try to use different device or personal computer to make sure that there’s no restriction.

  2. Use the new MS Edge browser that you can download here.

  3. Make sure to disable the Block all third party cookies function from the browser settings. 

  4. Go to Microsoft Certification Dashboard, click Schedule next exam button to register  the exam and try to apply the discount.

 

Incase you still unable to apply the discount, please provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) showing all the steps above until on the part where you received the error message CBE01 and attach it via private message.

Please attach the actual congratulatory/confirmation email you received after completing the training/event.
