MICROSOFT CERTIFCATION OF EXAM 70-486

Greetings for the Team,

Iam planning to write Micro soft Exams for below

 70-486: Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications

70-480: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3

70-483: Programming in C#

But when iam seeing the web site to it says that those exams are This exam retired on January 31, 2021. For currently available options, please refer to the Browse Certifications and Exams page.

Could you please let me know when it can available to write the exam or else any alternate way to write the exam
