Microsoft certificate not reflecting on my learn profile

I have passed Microsoft AZ900 exam in 2023 and had given the exam by registering on certiport site with my personal Microsoft account as per instruction.

I am able to see my exam result and certificate on certiport but the same is not reflecting on Microsoft learn profile.

I had raised the issue previously, but I was informed that certiport and Microsoft credentials integration is in progress and after that I will see my certificate on Microsoft learn.

I am assuming the integration is complete now as I can see my other certification (AI900) on learn now but still can't see AZ900 certificate.

Could you please help to resolve the issue asap.

I would be happy to provide any additional details required.

Thanks & Regards

Hello TawdeS.

Welcome to Microsoft’s Community.

We understand that you obtained a Certificate via Certiport and it is missing from your Microsoft Learn Profile. We will gladly assist.

Please know that our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents.

At the moment the Team is working in this process to solve the inconvenience. However, we do not have an ETA. In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience and for any delay in responding to your case submission.

In case you need further assistance to access your information via Certiport, please contact their support team using the links below:

Thank you in advance for your understanding. If there is anything that we can do for you, let us know. If we do not receive a response after one business day, the case will be closed and locked.
