We understand that you would like to know how to access your achievements in your Dashboard. We will be happy to assist you.
Before accessing your Microsoft Certification Profile, we kindly suggest that you follow some basic troubleshooting steps:
Make sure to use an up-to-date browser. (e.g., Edge)
Clear cache and cookies.
Make sure you check Preserve Favorites, website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies; then click Delete.
On the Delete Browsing History window, make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites, website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies; then click Delete.
Allow all third - party cookies through the browser settings.
Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Edge browser or Internet explorer.
Then go to Your Dashboard and sign in with the Microsoft account and password that you used to create your Microsoft Certification profile.
Once you log onto your Certification Dashboard, you will be able to find and download your Certification as shown below:

Please let us know if the access is successful and if additional assistance is needed. Note that we do not receive a response, we will proceed to close and lock the case after two business days.

Dear Support,
When I login to Microsoft dashboard i can only find MS exchange certificate, also when i go to certificates tab only MS exchange is available for download.
Whereas I cannot find my MCITP & MCTS certificates.
If you provide me email address i can send you all my certificates copy which is not available on Microsoft portal.
