After the examination, the new Microsoft Certification can be in my transcript. The badge is not shown in Credly (https://www.credly.com/). But it worked previosuly. Please advise how to resolve the problem. Thanks.

Hello Chris
Welcome to Microsoft´s Community, here your request will always be well received.
We understand you need assistance with a missing badge.
Microsoft is introducing new features to the Microsoft Learn profile, providing learners with more flexible options for viewing and sharing their Microsoft Certifications directly from Microsoft Learn. With this feature release, Credly badge services will no longer be used for most Microsoft Certifications.
What is shared from your Learn Profile is the certification itself. We will provide the steps of this new experience so you can share your Certificate to the available social media platforms.
Click on the photo avatar and select Profile from the dropdown menu.
Select Certifications from the menu inside your profile.
If you want others to be able to verify your shared certification, set your Learn profile view to public
Scroll to the certification that you’d like to access and select “View certification details” below the description.
Under the certification title, there are three options: “Print”, “Edit display name” and “Share.”
If you’d like to share your certification, select “Share.” Select the location to which you want to share your certification.
We are looking forward to your information. If no response is received within one business day, we will proceed to close and lock this case as well as the Private Message.
Best regards
