Microsoft certification missing in Microsoft dashboard despite appearing in Pearson Vue exam history

I have recently passed a Microsoft certification exam AI-102 (*****) and it is correctly listed under my Pearson VUE exam history. However, it does not appear on my Microsoft Certification Dashboard or my Microsoft Learn profile. I have ensured that my accounts are correctly linked. Could you please help or guide me to synchronize the certification data?

For information I deleted all my cookies and cache but same problem...
