Microsoft Certification not appearing in Dashboard

Hi

I have finished my AZ 303 certification on ***********, but I could not find the certificate in my Dashboard. Does it take some time to get reflected or is there any other issue?

We understand that you have not received your Certification in Your Dashboard, and we will be more than glad to assist you.

We have reviewed and we would like to inform that the Exam AZ-303: Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies is one of the two requirements to get the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, there is also necessary to complete the Exam AZ-304: Microsoft Azure Architect Design. As the conditions for achieving it are pending to meet, the system has not generated the corresponding Certificate, that is the reason why it has not been possible for you to visualize the Certification.

If you are looking to get the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, you can click here to know the guidelines for obtaining it.

Keep in mind that Microsoft only certifies candidates who fulfill all the requirements to earn a Certification, no Certification is given to an individual exam. And, after the presentation of all requirements, you have to wait up to 7 business days to visualize and download your Certificate on Your Dashboard.

However, in the Badges section of Your Dashboard you can find one related to the presentation of the Exam, as you can get a Badge for AZ-303.

Also you will be able to see it in your Transcript, as it shows the records of each Exam.
