I'm updating my Microsoft Certification Profile. As I live in HK, there is no Area Code for mobile or telephone numbers in HK, however I can't leave it blank. May I know what should I input here to fix this issue? Thank you.

Based on our research, we have found out that the area code for HK SAR (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) is +852.
Alternatively, please use 000 if it will not be accepted by our system.
Also, please provide us the step-by-step recording of the time you login to the Member site until the error is shown. The tool that you need to use is called Problem Steps Recorder. You may click here for the instructions on how to use the tool. Once you have the recording, you can also upload it via private message (refer to the green arrow).
