Microsoft Certification Training Support

I have attended 2 MS trainings and have received 2 exam vouchers.

I have scheduled the exams PL-900 and AZ-900 online using those vouchers.

However, now I want to give the exams in center, hence, I have cancelled the exams and tried to reschedule which I am not able to do. I called Pearson VUE to reschedule the same on the center. They are saying the voucher is added to my account. However I cant see the vouchers in my MS profile now. They asked me to contact Microsoft. Could you please help?

Allow me to provide assistance in rescheduling your exam at a testing center using the same discount. 

 

If you have used the Microsoft Virtual Training Day discount to schedule the exam, please know once cancelled the voucherless discount will be reinstated to your profile after 24 hours. You may try re-linking the event registered email address to your profile to obtain the offer again. 

 

On the other hand, if this is a physical voucher (Alphanumeric code), I would need further details on what voucher you were referring to, so that we can properly assist you and have these details checked by our Support team. 

 

To proceed, kindly provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the time you are signing in to your Microsoft Certification profile until the page where the discount is missing.  

   

You may send the PSR to the private message I initiated along with the requested information (Refer on the image below)

Hi Aboli,

I appreciate the additional information you have provided.

Upon reviewing the PSR, please select an exam first before re-linking the registered event email address. You may select either the AZ-900 or PL-900.

If still the same, I would need an updated PSR showing the steps provided in this instructional video
