Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate badge appears as expired at Credly when I already renewed.

I renewed my Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate badge in ************* and I'm eligible to renew it again this year.

Although the certification is renewed, When I go to Credly to see my badge appears as expired. It says that it was expiring on ******************* when I already renewed.



Please, let me know how to solve this issue.

Based on your inquiry, we understand you renewed your Azure AI Engineer Associate certificate, but your badge expiry date was not updated accordingly in your Credly account.

Please note that Microsoft ended their partnership with Credly on June 30, 2023. This means that the badging services provided by Credly are no longer available for most of Microsoft Certifications (excepting certificates obtained via Certiport). For this reason, Microsoft Certification badges on Credly are no longer updated automatically on Credly.

Our new scheme has changed from 'Badge sharing-based' to a 'Certification shared-based' scheme.

This being confirmed, our badges sharing article information has been updated with all of the necessary details regarding the new Microsoft Certification sharing experience:
