Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert certification not granted after passing AZ-400

 Dear Microsoft Trainings Support Team,

I recently passed the AZ-400 exam (Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions). I also hold the following required certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate

Since I now meet all prerequisites, I was expecting to be automatically awarded the Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert certification. However, this has not happened yet.

Could you please check why the certification has not been granted and help ensure it is correctly reflected in my Microsoft Learn profile?

Thank you in advance for your support!

Best regards,
