Please know that to locate the Certifications Profile, we need you to provide us with the correct MCID or email account that was used to schedule the Exam.

To find the Microsoft Certification identification number (MCID) the candidate needs to log onto the Certification dashboard. The MCID is located on the right as shown in the image below:

 

We will be waiting for your response, if no response is received, the case will be closed and locked after two business days.
