Hello, Francisco
Thank you for contacting Microsoft's Community.
Based on your inquiry, we understand that you want to move your Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist to your current Learn account. We are happy to help you!
Note: With the changes implemented in our site on July 8th (links below), our internal security policies were updated, and our Support Team is no longer able to confirm any personal information to our customers from their Learn Profiles. This means that previous services related to Certification Profiles (merging, migrations, legal name change, etc.) are now self-assisted by users.
We totally understand how important it is to have your certificate under your new account: to accomplish this, you must have a third Learn Profile under a school/work account, and follow the steps below:
The school/work Learn Profile works as a 'bridge' that allows you to transfer certification/training progress from a personal account Learn Profile to another personal profile.
If you do not have an active work account, from now on you must use two Learn Profiles to access your certifications separately, and make sure that all your future exams are scheduled with the same account from your preferred profile. By system design, two personal account Learn Profiles cannot be merged.
To update the personal Microsoft account (MSA) associated with your Learn profile, please follow the steps below:
If you have a work or school (AAD) account associated with your Learn profile:
Please visit Microsoft Learn.
Sign in using your work or school account (AAD).
Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen. and select "Settings."
Under the "Account management" section, remove your personal Microsoft account (MSA).
After removing your personal account, click "Add account" and sign in using your desired Microsoft account (MSA).
If you do not have a work or school (AAD) account associated with your Learn profile:
Please visit Microsoft Learn.
Sign in with your current personal Microsoft account (MSA).
Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Settings."
Under the "Account management" section, select "Add account."
Sign in using your work or school account (AAD) to add it to your Learn profile.
Sign out of Microsoft Learn.
Sign into Microsoft Learn using your work or school account (AAD).
Return to the "Account management" section to remove your personal Microsoft account (MSA).
After removing your personal account, click "Add account" and sign in using your desired personal Microsoft account (MSA).
By design, your Learn profile can only be associated with one personal Microsoft account (MSA) and up to five work or school accounts (AAD) at a time. This means that, to remove your personal account, you must first add a work account to your profile.
In case you are not part of an organization that can assign you a work or school account, we advise visiting the article: Signing up for Power BI with a new Microsoft 365 Trial - Power BI.
You can find a more detailed guide on this matter in the article:
If you have an error with the process, please let us know and provide us with the screenshot, so we can open a Private Message to help you further.
If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked after two business days.
Sincerely,
