Microsoft credentials validation

Back in *removed*, I took one or more tests or exams that I passed and certified me as an expert or specialist or certified user in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. I've been asked to go back to these years and find some proof of that. I can't seem to find anything so don't think I will since I haven't seen these papers since they were mailed to me. Would it be in Microsoft's system somewhere and if so, can you give me some details that I can use to verify that this occurred. I'd really like to e-mail or speak directly to someone that handles these types of inquiries. Also, I took the exam under my married name *removed*, but have gone back to my maiden name.

Hello, Jenny!

Thank you for contacting Microsoft's Community.

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you want to get your certificates for Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. We are happy to help you!

We want to let you know that since the certifications are Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, these certificates are obtained through Certiport, to get your certificate or any validation it is necessary to access via Certiport system.

We understand how important it is to receive your certificates Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel posted in your certification profile to visualize them ; however, we require informing you that temporarily it will be necessary that you use both MS Learn and Certiport platforms to access your Certificates.

Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents.

Please refer to the approved message we received from our Engineers Team:

“Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents. We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity.

In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

If you are not able to access to Certiport or if you require more assistance for your certificates or any validation, it is necessary to contact Certiport so they can help you with the process:

In the meantime, we recommend you access to your certificate via Certiport using the following link: Print certificates and score reports :: Become a test center :: Educator resources :: Certiport (pearsonvue.com)

We appreciate your understanding of this situation. Thank you again for your patience.

This being confirmed, for the moment there are no actions pending from our end. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. In case we do not receive a response, this case will be closed and locked after one business day.

Have a wonderful day,

Tatiana Valencia.
