Microsoft Dashboard is missing options

For the past couple of months I have visited the Microsoft dashboard to manage my certifications. The problem is that I have not been able to find any appointments scheduled. I currently have 1 certification test scheduled, and I have had to call Pearson Vue directly after many hours of searching contact info.

All of the microsoft suggestions are horrible, because they keep pointing back to the dashboard.

I need to have easy access for my current scheduled tests and future tests.

I understand that you are having trouble accessing exam appointments. I would also like to apologize for this inconvenience. Let me be of help. 

 

Please be advised that on June 27, 2022 (Monday), Microsoft launched an initiative to connect the Certification Profile to MS Learn. Connecting your certification profile to Learn brings all your learning activities together.  

 

Whether you’re earning a certification or working through a module, your activity, training, transcripts, certifications, and renewals are easily accessed just by signing in to your Learn profile. You’ll be able to schedule and renew exams, share and print certificates, badges and transcripts, and review your learning statistics inside your Learn profile. 

 

With this, there is a possibility that your Certification profile is not yet connected with MS Learn and thus the reason why you are getting the error. You can also click this link for more information. 

 

To connect your Certification Profile with MS Learn, please follow these steps: 

 

  1. Open a new MS Edge browser that you can download here or Google Chrome. 

  1. Clear cache and cookies 

  1. Go to Microsoft Learn and sign in using the same Microsoft account and password associated with your MCP profile. 

  1. Follow the steps provided on the Connect a certification profile to Learn page. 

  1. Once done, you will be taken to the new Dashboard page.  

  1. Click on the Certification tab on the left-hand side. 

  1. From here, you can see the lists of your upcoming exam appointments.  

 

In case you are still having trouble accessing your account, please provide us with the PSR (Problem Steps Recorder)  of the incident starting from the sign in page until you reach the landing page along with the requested details through private message.

Alternatively, there is also another way to start the exam, it is by clicking the 'check-in' button on your exam registration email you received from your exam provider.
