I'm a Microsoft employee that had an existing Learn account linked to my old Microsoft alias (I left Microsoft and have since returned with a new alias).
I went to update my account and link my new alias to my personal (Hotmail) account. This seems to have been successful, however I do not have the "Employee" tag on the top left of my profile on the Learn dashboard, which my colleagues do have.
Could you please advise how I can successfully merge the two accounts so that I can book the exam for free? At the moment, it's asking me to make payment as it's not detecting that I'm an employee.
