Certificates are usually updated on your dashboard within 24-48 hours after passing the last exam required.

Also,  please make sure that you have taken and passed both Exam MD-100: Exam Windows 10 and ExamMD-101: Managing Modern Desktops for you  to earn a certificate. You can click the image below for your reference of the Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification:
