I have multiple Microsoft exams booked through Pearson VUE.
I was unable to sit AZ-303 and AZ-304, as I needed more time to study, I have cancelled in a month before the exams.
But was forced to cancel it as it did not give me any option to reschedule it.
I am due to sit DP-900 on February 4th, 2023. I am forced to cancel it again as it states I have now my time zone had changed.
It suggested when rescheduling that I must "Cancel and Rebook" so I did this but cannot do so now and did not get any voucher or credits back to rebook it similar to AZ-303 and 304 exams, again have not heard back from Pearson VUE or Microsoft. How convenient ae.
Now all my existing exams booked through Pearson VUE, I cannot reschedule them, I have originally booked them living in NZ and have recently moved to Australia/Melbourne. I need help to reschedule them otherwise I am forced to cancel or forfeit them. I have got some exams through Ignite/Skills Challenges and most through the ESI program as the company I worked for pays for them using the company's enterprise email and linked it through my Microsoft account.
Please give me a call, or email me back, I would like to speak to a Microsoft rep or higher to help out with the remaining exams.
