Please make sure that before scheduling your exam, there is no occurrence of any non-English letters on your profile and replace them with Roman alphabets (e.g. name, address).
Signs and symbols should also be removed from your profile as another workaround for these cases ( like., \ ! @ # - etc.).
You may update your profile by logging in to your Microsoft Certification Dashboard then click “Edit Certification profile”.
If you are getting the same outcome, please provide us a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder), starting from the sign in page until the error message is shown on your screen.
