Microsoft has removed your badge for xxxxxxxxx due to the following change to your Certification profile and now?

I've got mails with the text below about all my Microsoft Certificates:

Microsoft has removed your badge for xxxxxxxxx due to the following change to your Certification profile: Because you changed your email address which is tied to your account, we need to remove your badge. Please contact Microsoft if you have any questions.

I'm currently on 2 profiles because one of your colleagues removed my certificates form my account because he/she read I want to move them to another account, but I only wanted to update my email on the current account.

To solve this mess I created a temporary gmail account to link MCID: **Removed** to. And there was a new MCID: **Removed** created when I registered for PL-200 beta before I understood the MCID: **Removed** was removed form the account I want to keep.

On MCID: **Removed** there is only PL-200 beta left which I will take on **Removed**. 

So what is the effect of the emails "Microsoft has removed your badge for xxxxxxxxx due to the following change to your Certification profile" had how fast can you solve the mess and put everything in MCID: **Removed**unlink it form my temporary gmail account and link it back to my Microsoft account again.

Thank you for your response.

 

Both MCIDs were already combined. That being said, all the exams and certificates on both MCID will now be accessible based on the email address you will be using in the migration steps I provided.

 

Doing the migration step, will let you link your preferred email address to your MCID.

 

Based on your original post, you have only one scheduled exam which is PL-200 that has been taken last week. Since you already took this exam, we proceeded in merging both MCIDs.

 

We are not aware that you have a PL-400 that is scheduled this week. Please confirm if you have scheduled an exam on any of the MCIDs aside from PL-200.
